Weight Loss Philadelphia - How To Lose Stomach Fat

3/2/2010

How to lose stomach fat, is one of the questions that I here every single day. Everyone wants to get rid of their belly fat. The problem is that there is so much bad information out there that people are totally confused about what they have to do to actually get rid of their belly fat. Honestly it is not really that hard to get rid of your extra stomach pudge. All you have to do is follow a few basic rules and your waistline will be smaller, tighter and toner in no time.

So if you want to learn how to lose stomach fat here is the answers:

  1.  After you are done eating a meal take some time to relax and rub your stomach. Start by rubbing your belly by making small circles starting from your right side of your belly and rubbing across your stomach going to the left side of your body. This helps you lose weight because it helps with the digestion and processing of the food you ate and the heat generated by the rubbing your stomach will help burn and metabolize your stomach fat. Rub for approximately a full minute.
  2.  Have something to eat every two hours or so. Most people think that by skipping breakfast and lunch and just having a huge dinner will make them lose weight fast. But this is not true. In fact skipping meals does just the opposite and will actually make you fatter. You should eat about every two to three hours having several smaller meals during the day.

Just doing these two simple things will help you lose weight and get rid of your stomach fat.
